  I went to visit my Dad today on fathers day and no one was available, nor was anyone answering the phone. I would not bury a goldfish at this place, I will keep you posted on the results,

  I Paid months ago for a crematorium stone for my parents with the agreement that it would be in place for a ceremony August 2nd. I have been calling since trying to find the status. On the rare occasion that they answer, even as recent as this Monday (7/21/2014), they act like you have never called and promise a callback that never comes.
  
  I am less than two weeks from our memorial ceremony for my parents, and I have finally resorted to hiring a lawyer to try to force them to even return my calls regarding status inquiries. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your final resting place.

  Since the new owners took over the upkeep has been horrible. Used to be beautiful here now unkempt. Mother passed a year ago and still no grass and no headstone that was prepaid years ago. When the stone came in instead of fixing the errors they redid tell picture we chose and it looks ridiculous
  This should not a year to get a headstone and grass
